Kendall Herbert is a Senior Lecturer at RMIT University's School of Management, holding a PhD from Monash University. Her research focuses on organizational behavior, leadership, international business, and innovation. She has contributed to prestigious journals such as Journal of World Business and serves on the editorial board of Management and Organization Review. Her teaching includes courses like Leadership and Ethics (Executive MBA) and People and Organizations (Master of HRM). She received multiple accolades for teaching excellence and leadership, including the 2019 RMIT College of Business and Law Learning and Teaching Impact Award and the 2020 RMIT GSBL Executive Award for HDR Leadership Excellence.

She coordinates HDR programs and advocates for candidate-centered approaches, particularly during the pandemic.
