Ivy Ken is an Associate Professor of Sociology at George Washington University (GW), holding joint appointments in the Department of Sociology and the Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Program. Their research focuses on intersectional theory, food systems, labor rights, and state-corporate criminology. Ken is affiliated with the Global Food Institute, Equity Institute, and Africana Studies Program at GW, and has served in leadership roles within the GWU Faculty Association.
