Kelly Powell

Kelly Powell serves as the Programme Leader for Undergraduate initial teacher education degrees at the University of Cumbria and holds the academic rank of Senior Lecturer in English and Phonics. She is also a campus safeguarding officer. Her professional journey includes fourteen years as a primary school teacher, during which she served as subject leader for English, Phonics, and PSHE (Personal, Social, Health, and Economic Education).
