Kelly McShane, PhD, CPsych is an Associate Professor in the Department of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU). She holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Concordia University (2007) and completed postdoctoral work at the Centre for Research on Inner City Health, St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto. Dr. McShane is a licensed organizational and clinical psychologist in Ontario, with additional training in mediation, Just Culture, Promoting Professionalism (Vanderbilt), Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, and Labour Relations.
