Kelly Izsak is a Program Director and Assistant Professor at The University of Toledo's College of Graduate Studies, specializing in Physician Assistant Education. She serves as Division Chief of Physician Assistant Studies and maintains clinical practice in the Family Medicine Department.

Her research focuses on Healthcare Policy, Social Determinants of Health (SDoH), and Wellness, with clinical expertise in Emergency Medicine. Her 2023 publication explores the practical application of SDoH frameworks. She previously worked as a registered dietitian with pediatric epilepsy patients at Lurie Children's Hospital.
At The University of Toledo, she has held progressive leadership roles since 2019, including Associate Program Director (2019-2022), Interim Program Director (June 2022), and Program Director (August 2022 onward). She actively precepts PA students and contributes to emergency medicine fellowships.
