Kelly Glazer Baron, PhD, MPH, DBSM, is a tenured Professor in the Division of Public Health within the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine at the University of Utah. She holds adjunct appointments in Population Health Sciences and Psychiatry. A clinical psychologist specializing in Behavioral Sleep Medicine, she completed her BS at Ohio State University, MS and PhD at the University of Utah, and MPH and postdoctoral fellowship at Northwestern University. Prior to joining Utah, she held faculty positions at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and Rush University Medical School.
Her research program examines sleep health, circadian rhythms, and behavioral interventions for sleep disorders. Key interests include:

- Sleep extension interventions for cardiometabolic health
