Kelly Darcy

Kelly Darcy is a Lecturer in Management: Retail Strategy, Innovation, and Operations at the London College of Fashion (LCF), and an Associate Lecturer in Fashion Business, Psychology, Sustainability, Marketing, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship at LCF and London Southbank University. She holds academic affiliations with both institutions and is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA) and Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts (FRSA).

Her research interests focus on sustainable practices in fashion, consumer behavior, and entrepreneurship. She campaigns for policy changes to advance sustainability, integrates these principles into her personal and professional life, and runs courses on starting sustainable fashion businesses. Kelly also serves as an entrepreneurship coach and facilitates wellbeing workshops centered on body positivity in fashion.

Currently pursuing an MBA in Sustainability Leadership, she actively bridges academic research with practical industry applications. Her work emphasizes innovation in retail strategies and ethical business practices within the fashion sector.
