Henrietta Garnett

Henrietta Garnett is a Lecturer in Fashion Enterprise at the London College of Fashion (LCF), part of the University of the Arts London. She joined LCF in 2019 and holds academic qualifications including a BA (Hons) in Fashion/Textiles from Ravensbourne and a PGCert in Education & Training. Her professional background spans over 25 years in the entertainment/media and apparel industries, specializing in consumer brand licensing for high-profile franchises like Minions, PowerPuff Girls, and Disney.

As an industry expert, Henrietta focuses on identifying new business channels in retail, e-commerce, and start-ups. Beyond academia, she serves as Chair of Trustees and a non-executive director at Neko Music Trust, an organization supporting young creatives in music and live events through education and workspace access. She also advises a UK charity addressing social inequality through community enterprise initiatives.

Her teaching and research interests intersect fashion business practices with entrepreneurial strategies, reflecting her dual expertise in industry and education sectors.
