Kelly Barr is a violinist and faculty member in the Strings department at New England Conservatory's Expanded Education division. She has been a member of the Boston Symphony Orchestra since 1996 and maintains an active performance career as a soloist and orchestral musician. Her educational background includes a BM from the University of Minnesota and an MM from NEC, with studies under James Buswell, Almita Vamos, Roland Vamos, and Catherine Tait.
