Dr. Keller Coker is a distinguished jazz trombonist, composer, and arranger, and currently serves as a Professor at The New School's College of Performing Arts. Previously, he held a Full Professorship with tenure at Western Oregon University. He earned a Doctor of Musical Arts in Historical Performance and degrees in Jazz Studies from the University of Southern California’s Thornton School of Music, alongside Ph.D. coursework in Historical Musicology.
