Mr. Keith Sinclair is a Lecturer in Law at the University of Chichester and affiliated with the University of Southampton, where he contributes to research groups such as the Law and Technology Centre and Centre for Democratic Futures. He holds an MA in Law from the University of Bristol and an LL.M from City, University of London.
His research focuses on the interplay between competition law and consumer rights regimes in the UK and EU, with broader interests in the role of law in promoting economic progress (contract law, consumer law, competition law) and political economy systems. His LL.M thesis examined the adequacy of cryptocurrency-related Money Laundering Regulations.
Key teaching areas include Contract Law, Law of the European Union, and Company Law at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He previously worked as a researcher for a Member of Parliament and government minister, advising on law, commercial, and planning matters.
