Keith Lidke

Keith Lidke is a Professor in the Department of Physics and Astronomy at the University of New Mexico (UNM). His research focuses on advancing fluorescence microscopy techniques to study cellular dynamics at molecular scales. Key areas include Atomic, Molecular, and Optical Physics and Biophysics, with a primary emphasis on Fluorescence Imaging, Single Particle Tracking, and Superresolution techniques for analyzing protein-protein interactions in living cells.

Education: Dr. Lidke earned his PhD from the University of Minnesota in 2002. His lab develops technologies such as fluorescence superresolution, single-particle tracking, and high-speed hyperspectral microscopy to address biophysical questions about cellular structures and dynamics.
