Keith J. Crocker is the William Elliott Chaired Professor of Insurance and Risk Management at the Smeal College of Business, Pennsylvania State University. He holds academic appointments in Risk Management and has prior roles including the Waldo O. Hildebrand Professor at the University of Michigan Business School and Professor of Economics at Penn State. His expertise spans contract design, transaction costs, fraud detection in insurance and taxation, and health insurance policy analysis.
