Dr. Keith Bell is the Program Coordinator for Criminal Justice and Criminology at West Liberty University, where he has taught undergraduate and graduate courses since 2011. He holds a Ph.D. in Criminology and has extensive teaching experience across institutions like The Citadel, Western Carolina University, Marshall University, and Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
