Hannah Kerns is a Lecturer of Criminal Justice at West Liberty University within the College of Liberal and Creative Arts. She earned a BS in Criminal Justice (2016) and an MS in Criminology (2017) from the same institution, where she began teaching as a graduate assistant for Dr. Bell.

Research Interests encompass criminological theory, the psychology of serial killers and mass murderers, and the intersection of mental health and criminal behavior. These areas align with her academic background and practical work in psychiatric support roles.
Kerns has also served as an adjunct professor at West Liberty during Spring 2018 and currently works as a Community Based Psychiatric Support Treatment Provider, assisting individuals with substance abuse and mental health diagnoses.
