Keisha York is an ESRC (LISS DTP) funded PhD Candidate in Organisational Psychology at King’s College London and a guest lecturer on the MSc Organisational Psychiatry & Psychology programme. Her research focuses on virtual reality (VR) diversity training’s impact on UK employees’ diversity knowledge, implicit bias, and communication skills. She holds an MSc in Organisational Psychiatry & Psychology from King’s College London and a BSc in Criminology & Psychology from the University of Southampton.
Her research interests span Diversity Management, Digital Transformation, and Mental Health in the Workplace. She is affiliated with the Cognitive Science Investigation Lab (CSILab) and the IoPPN Virtual Reality Lab. Keisha founded the BiPP Network, a social enterprise recognized by the British Psychological Society and others for addressing racial inequities in psychology.
Her teaching includes Diversity Management and Critical Thinking Skills on the Organisational Psychiatry & Psychology MSc. She consults on workplace wellbeing and cultural transformation for NGOs and higher education institutions. Her work emphasizes ethical, technology-driven solutions for inclusive workplaces.
