Keisha Parker is Acting Assistant Professor of Law at New York Law School, teaching Legal Practice courses. She holds an LL.M from Temple University, J.D. from Villanova University, and B.A. from SUNY.
Before academia, she practiced high-stakes civil litigation for 17+ years, specializing in product liability (automotive defects, medical devices), construction litigation (NY Labor Law claims), and institutional liability (schools/universities). She defended manufacturers in wrongful death/personal injury cases and represented construction entities in federal/state courts across multiple jurisdictions.
Professor Parker is an American Bar Association TIPS/ABOTA National Trial Academy graduate and Pennsylvania Bar Association Bar Leadership Institute alum. Recognized as Pennsylvania Super Lawyers 'Rising Star,' she served on the Defense Association of New York Product Liability Committee.
