Dr. Keegan McBride is a Departmental Research Lecturer in AI, Government, and Policy at the Oxford Internet Institute (OII), part of the University of Oxford. His research focuses on digital government, AI in public administration, and digital innovation. He holds an MSc in e-Governance Technologies and a PhD from Tallinn University of Technology.
