Kaustuv M. Das is an Adjunct Professor at Seattle University with over twelve years of teaching experience in Patent Law. He holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the California Institute of Technology and a J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, graduating with high honors including Phi Beta Kappa, Order of the Coif, and The Order of Barristers. Currently a Vice President and IP Attorney at IPValue Management, Inc., Dr. Das combines his mathematical expertise with legal acumen in patent prosecution, analysis, and monetization.

He has held leadership roles at Intellectual Ventures and Micron Technology, Inc., while maintaining an active pro bono practice in immigration, prisoners' rights, and tenants' rights cases.
