Katrin Allmendinger

Katrin Allmendinger is a Professor of Business Psychology at Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences, specializing in consulting. She serves as the International Representative for the Master's program in Business Psychology and actively contributes to research on innovation acceptance and organizational transformation.

Research Interests span agile organizational structures, digital transformation, virtual collaboration, and resilience-building in educational settings. She leads the ReMind project, implementing hybrid learning programs on mindfulness and resilience at universities in Baden-Württemberg.

Her scientific activities focus on media effects in virtual environments, crowdsourcing models, and sustainable organizational practices. She collaborates with institutions like Charité Berlin and ZfP Reichenau for business psychology research.
