Katja Langenbucher is an Affiliate Professor at the Law School of Sciences Po, Paris, and a full Professor at Goethe University Frankfurt's House of Finance. She has held distinguished visiting positions at Columbia Law School, Fordham Law School (as Edward Mulligan Distinguished Professor), London School of Economics, Sorbonne, Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien, and Penn Law. Her academic and policy work is deeply rooted in corporate law, capital markets regulation, and interdisciplinary legal economics.
Her research interests include corporate governance, financial regulation, FinTech, artificial intelligence in finance, and legal transplants.
