Katie Goldman, Ed.D., serves as the Associate Dean of the School of Education at Regent University in Virginia. A proud Regent alumna, she earned her M.A. in Business Management, a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies, and an Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership Management from Regent, and a B.A. in Psychology from Aurora University. In her role, she oversees daily operations, collaborates with faculty, and teaches at the master’s and doctoral levels.

Dr. Goldman is deeply invested in leadership development and student mentorship. She leads the IMPACT Mentoring Program within the School of Education, which is designed to support and empower graduate students through personalized guidance and academic coaching. Her work reflects a commitment to integrating leadership principles with educational practice.
Her research and professional interests center on higher education administration, teacher preparation, and leadership in academic settings. Through her teaching and administrative roles, she aims to cultivate effective, values-driven educators and leaders.
