Dr. Katie Cebula serves as Senior Lecturer in Developmental Psychology and Director of the Salvesen Mindroom Research Centre at the University of Edinburgh's Moray House School of Education and Sport, where she has held an academic position since 2005. A Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society, her work bridges research, education, and neurodiversity advocacy.

Her research centers on neurodivergent children's experiences, with specialized focus on sibling dynamics in autism and Williams syndrome. Current projects examine family system impacts on children with rare genetic syndromes and sibling relationships through data-driven approaches.
