Kathy Pham is an Adjunct Lecturer in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School (HKS) and teaches Product Management at Harvard Business School. She holds multiple affiliations at Harvard, including as an Affiliate at the Berkman Klein Center, Fellow at the Shorenstein Center, former Senior Fellow at the Belfer Center, and faculty affiliate at the Center for Research on Computation and Society and Assembly:Disinformation. She also serves as the Workday Vice President of Artificial Intelligence and the inaugural Executive Director of the United States National AI Advisory Committee.

She founded and leads community initiatives such as Women in Product Boston, the Cancer Sidekick Foundation, Team Curious, and Unite for Sight Southeast. Additionally, she co-founded the Product and Society movement and the Ethical Tech Collective.
