- PhD in Public Health
- MPH in Epidemiology
Her research interests span humanitarian response, conflict-related epidemiology, and the development of ethical data tools for vulnerable populations. Pham has pioneered mobile health interventions and participatory approaches to address barriers in healthcare access for refugees and displaced communities.
Her work in transitional justice evaluates the impact of reparations and accountability measures in post-conflict societies, linking quantitative data with qualitative insights. Recent studies focus on climate justice, disability-inclusive policies, and leveraging technology (e.g., IVR systems, RDS sampling) to reach hard-to-access populations. She has advised on global health crises such as Ebola in DRC and the socio-economic impacts of the Syrian refugee crisis in Lebanon.
Pham’s contributions include over 50 peer-reviewed articles and reports, emphasizing evidence-based solutions for conflict-affected regions. Her leadership in HHI’s educational programs aims to train the next generation of humanitarian professionals.
