Kathryn Zeno

Kathryn Zeno is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the Anisfield School of Business, Ramapo College of New Jersey. She joined the institution in 2004 and holds a B.A. and M.B.A. from Duke University, along with a D.P.S. from Pace University. Her teaching and research focus on marketing, advertising, multicultural consumers, and organizational change.

Her research spans marketing strategies, international business, consumer behavior, and organizational dynamics, with a particular emphasis on experiential learning and multicultural market segmentation. Recent publications explore decision-making under ambiguity, educational engagement, and historical trends in income disparity.
