Dr. Kathryn Tuohey serves as Assistant Professor and Program Director of the 4+1 program in the Education Department at Ursuline College. She earned her EdD in Special Education with Autism focus from Nova Southeastern University, MA in Educational Administration from Cleveland State University, and BA in Elementary and Special Education from University of Dayton.
Her research examines behavioral interventions for students with special needs, functional behavior assessments, and support systems for K-12 programs. She supervises teacher candidates during field placements and student teaching.
Dr. Tuohey maintains professional memberships with CEC, OCTEO, and the Deans Compact, serving on advisory boards related to educational policy and youth services.
