Kathryn Pendoley is an Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Vassar College since 2021. Her research explores the nature of emotions at the intersection of philosophy of mind, consciousness studies, and cognitive/affective sciences, with additional interests in philosophy of language, feminist philosophy, and ethics related to emotion norms in oppressive contexts.
