Kathryn Fritz is an Assistant Professor of Instruction at Temple University's College of Public Health, Department of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences. Her academic work focuses on the therapeutic effects of exercise for individuals with psychiatric disorders and its impact on mood and cognition.
