Alyson P Hansbarger is an Instructor in the Health and Rehabilitation Sciences department at Temple University's College of Public Health. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Health Policy and Health Services Research at Temple University. She has taught undergraduate courses in Public Health and Human Anatomy and Physiology at Temple University and Bryn Mawr College, and serves on the Governmental Affairs Committee for the Pennsylvania Athletic Trainers’ Society.

Her research emphasizes:
- Concussion testing methodologies
- Concussion education strategies

Alyson has worked as a certified athletic trainer across youth, high school, and college sports settings, combining clinical practice with academic instruction. She teaches courses such as Public Health: The Way We Live, Work and Play (HRPR 1001) and Human Anatomy and Physiology I (KINS 1223).
