Kathrin Bösener

Kathrin Bösener is Professor of General Business Administration, particularly Business Administration in Public Administration at Technische Hochschule Wildau. Since joining TH Wildau in 2017, her research explores public service motivation, customer behavior, and e-government applications. Previous roles include positions at Hamburg Aviation and academic appointments at TU Kaiserslautern and University of Passau.

Her research investigates customer satisfaction/delight impacts on pricing behavior and public sector motivation, with recent work examining generational differences in public service career choices among Millennials and Gen Z students in Germany.
