Dr. Kathleen O'Connor is Clinical Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Faculty Director of Executive Education at London Business School. She holds a BS from Cornell University and AM/PhD from the University of Illinois.
Her research examines negotiation dynamics, including how facial features influence bargaining outcomes and how women navigate career transitions. Award-winning work includes studies on negotiation stress, team bargaining, and distributive reputation. She consults globally for organizations including Google, Nestle, and the World Economic Forum.
