Kathleen Locklear

Kathleen Locklear is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Marketing and Management at SUNY Oswego's College of Business and Entrepreneurship. Her expertise focuses on emerging risk, sustainability, and risk management strategies. She contributes to the Risk Management and Insurance discipline through innovative research and teaching.

Her research explores complex risk scenarios using systems thinking, artificial intelligence, and interdisciplinary frameworks. Notable areas include strategic risk management for AACSB accreditation, transboundary environmental risks, and extreme event preparedness.
