Katherine Valde

Katherine Valde is a Lecturer in the Department of Philosophy at Loyola University Chicago. She holds a PhD from Boston University (2019) and previously served as an Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Wofford College (2014–2019). Her research bridges philosophy of science, philosophy of biology, and feminist philosophy, focusing on metaphysical frameworks in scientific research, neutrality concepts, and the interplay between science and philosophy.
