Katherine Toon

Katherine Toon is an Assistant Professor and Academic Fieldwork Coordinator for the Occupational Therapy Assistant Program at St. Catherine University. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science (2008) and Master of Occupational Therapy (2009) from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, with certification as a Lymphedema Therapist (2012) and completion of the oncology-focused Survivorship Training and Rehab Program (2013).
