Katherine L. Turner

Katherine L. Turner is an Adjunct Instructor in the Department of Health Behavior at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health. She serves as founder and president of Global Citizen, LLC, and holds roles as Senior Advisor of Health Systems and Project Manager for Francophone Africa at Ipas. With over 25 years of experience, she specializes in global health program design, leadership, and advocacy.
