Katharine Lee is a Researcher at the University of Bath's Department of Psychology, specializing in adolescent psychology and climate change communication. Her work contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals related to climate action and quality education. She holds a PhD from the University of Bath, supervised by Dr. J. Barnett and Dr. S. O'Neill.
Her research focuses on youth perspectives on climate change, including their engagement in climate strikes, cognitive representations of environmental issues, and the impact of media portrayals. Methodologically, she employs qualitative approaches such as focus groups, thematic analysis, and mixed-methods synthesis.
