Katelyn Harris is a PhD candidate and Tutor in Marketing at the Adelaide Business School, Faculty of Arts, Business, Law and Economics, University of Adelaide. Her research focuses on Extraordinary Customer Experiences and their impact on consumers, brands, and society.
