Kate Turcotte is a Professor in the School of Business & Social Sciences at Colby-Sawyer College and serves as the MSW Program Director. She combines academic leadership with clinical practice, specializing in mental health therapy for adult clients experiencing domestic violence, perinatal OCD, anxiety, and depression.

Her research focuses on social justice, gender dynamics, and mental health, with publications on:

- Gender roles in Arctic Indigenous communities
