Kate Mitchell

Kate Mitchell is an Adjunct Lecturer with a Juris Doctor (JD), Master of Public Administration (MPA), and Master of Laws (LLM) specializing in Criminal Justice and Prison Law. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Juridical Science (SJD) at the University of Toronto.

Her research and professional work focus on prisons, the rule of law, criminal law, and systemic reform in legal systems. She has extensive experience in litigation and legal advocacy, particularly in prison conditions and parole cases.
