Kate Miller Chen is a Lecturer at Westminster Conservatory of Music, Rider University, specializing in Early Childhood and Voice education. She directs the Choral Readiness program and contributes to music pedagogy through teaching, church ministry, and ensemble performances.

Her research interests focus on early childhood music education, vocal training, and choral preparation techniques. She also engages in music publishing administration and church-related musical roles.
