Dr. Kate Kidwell is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at Morgan State University's Earl G. Graves School of Business and Management. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology (Georgia Tech, 2023), M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology (Georgia Tech, 2020), and a B.A. in Cognitive Science (University of Pennsylvania). Her research focuses on work-family health, worker well-being, and career calling, with publications in journals like Journal of Vocational Behavior and Applied Psychology: Health and Well-Being. She teaches courses in Organizational Behavior and Business Ethics, and previously taught at other institutions. Professional experience includes roles as an analyst at Apex Credit Partners and committee service with SIOP's diversity initiatives. Dr. Kidwell is a member of the Academy of Management and American Psychological Association among others.
