Karoline Renner is a Lecturer for performance, audition, and competition coaching at the Institute for Coaching & Career at Mozarteum University Salzburg. She is also a flautist with the Southwest German Philharmonic Orchestra in Konstanz since 1995, regularly performing as a chamber musician and in orchestras across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Her recent publications explore left-handed musicians in orchestras, workload assessment in orchestral settings, and health initiatives for professional musicians. She has conducted workshops at major music institutions including mdw – University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, Hochschule für Musik FRANZ LISZT Weimar, and the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival.
