Karl Fields is a Professor in the Department of Politics and Government at the University of Puget Sound. His research focuses on the East Asian political economy, with particular emphasis on government-business relations, economic reform, and regional integration. He regularly teaches courses in comparative politics, Asian politics, and Chinese political economy.
