Over fifteen years, she has analyzed companies' strategies to dismantle organizational silos and enhance internal knowledge sharing. She founded the KEDGE BS Knowledge Communities Observatory (KCO), a collaborative platform with entities like Engie, Laerdal Medical, and Schneider Electric, examining community-driven innovation and business development.
Recent publications highlight social collectives' resilience, healthcare trust dynamics, and innovation frameworks in geographically dispersed communities. These works emphasize collaborative structures for organizational agility and territorial development.
The KCO platform facilitates cross-sector partnerships, integrating academic and practitioner perspectives to advance community-based innovation strategies in corporate environments.
