Karen O'Donnell is Lecturer in the Faculty of Divinity at the University of Cambridge and Director of Studies at Westcott House. She specializes in liturgical theology, feminist theology, and trauma theology, with research exploring the intersection of trauma theory and Christian theology. She holds an MA in Theology and Religious Studies from the University of Nottingham and a PhD from Exeter University.
Her current doctoral students include Freya Taylor and Gregory Stark. Prior to Cambridge, she was programme leader for postgraduate courses in Christian Spirituality at Sarum College and held a postdoctoral fellowship at Durham University focusing on digital theologies.
