Karen Ehrhart

Karen Ehrhart is an Associate Lecturer in the Department of Management at the University of Central Florida, where she has been a faculty member since 2017. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland and a B.A. from Westmont College with dual majors in Psychology and Economics/Business.
