Karen Beale is a Professor of Psychology in the Division of Behavioral Sciences at Maryville College, where she has been teaching since 2006. She earned her Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from North Carolina State University and holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia's College at Wise and an M.A. from East Tennessee State University.
