Karel Thein is a researcher at the Institute of Philosophy and Religious Studies, Faculty of Arts, Charles University (FF UK). Since 1987, he has been affiliated with the Czechoslovak Academy of Sciences and Charles University, with additional guest lecturer roles at EHESS in Paris.
