Kara Morton is an Assistant Professor at Salem State University's McKeown School of Education. She brings nearly 18 years of experience as a middle school mathematics teacher at Shady Hill School in Cambridge, MA, where she developed hands-on curricula and integrated mindfulness into holistic learning. Her academic journey includes a B.S. from American University, an M.Ed from Lesley University, and an Ed.D from Northeastern University.
